responsible for the strategy and the hands-on execution for these channels, and
is confident and adept at both optimising performance and sharing analysis with
senior stakeholdersWhat we are looking for?A Paid Social and Programmatic expert, used
to working in a fast-paced business.Strong technical, hands-on Paid Social and
Programmatic management and experience using a range of platforms to best
mange the channels.Knowledge of Programmatic media and YouTube
advertisingUnderstanding of digital marketing
ecosystem and the role of Paid Social and Programmatic within it5+ years of managing activity across Paid Social
and Programmatic, and budgets of significant size.Deep knowledge and experience of using the channel management platforms Develops strong functional relationships
with key stakeholders and suppliers.Ability to plan budgets and produce forecasts.Experience in DV360 as well as other DSPs
e.g. QuantcastExperience in Meta and Pinterest ads managers.Strong Excel skillsStrong Google Analytics skillsUnderstanding of digital attributionKnowledge of Creative production and what
