Digital Media Agency Specialist – Paid Search Executive
London or Fleet, Hampshire
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Paid Search Executive to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in managing paid search campaigns, with a strong understanding of PPC strategies and tactics. You will play a key role in driving our clients' online visibility and ensuring the success of their advertising campaigns.

We offer the opportunity for hybrid working and have two UK offices, in London and in Fleet, Hampshire. Candidates have the option to choose which one they would prefer to be contracted to based on their location.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
Keyword Research:
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords.
Ad Creation:
Write compelling ad copy and create engaging ad creatives to drive click-through rates and conversions.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Budget Management:
Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
A/B Testing:
Implement A/B testing strategies to continually improve ad performance and conversion rates.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitors' activities to inform campaign strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with paid media teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Client Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients to discuss campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Some knowledge of SEO would be helpful but not essential.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a full-time paid search role, preferably in an agency setting.
Education:
Educated to A-Level, BTech or equivalent standard, or a completed apprenticeship in a digital marketing field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Excel and other relevant tools. Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication:
Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion:
A genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead in the industry.
