Paid Search Account Director

We’re looking for a Paid Search Account Director to join our team!Working across a global health & beauty client, you’ll lead paid search activity, overseeing a team of search specialists, and be instrumental in building, implementing & optimising state-of-the-art paid search campaigns across the client’s portfolio.What you’ll be doing: Management of a team of paid search specialistsOverseeing the implementation and optimisation of paid search campaigns, working closely with our offshore team and providing expert knowledgeDevelop smart, creative and innovative testing plans to continually refine campaigns and channels and drive better performanceCollaborate with the wider paid media team, co-ordinating activity and strategy across marketsWork with internal and external partners like Google and Microsoft, and develop first-to-market advantages with new product releasesQualificationsWhat we’re looking for: Established experience at Senior Manager / Director level within a Paid Search / Biddable role, preferably within an agency settingHands on experience and knowledge with using Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising & SA360 or other equivalent softwareAdditional experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other equivalent reporting and analysis softwareStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelTeam management experience, a keen collaborator with the ability to form strong working relationshipsIf you’re looking for your next role in Paid Search, apply now!Additional InformationDigitas UK has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
