Our client, a successful and expanding business, are looking for a Paid Media Manager to become a vital member of their dynamic and friendly team in Brighton.

You will bring to the team strong expertise within paid media management, a positive and self-motivated attitude and excellent communication skills.

This role offers a flexible work environment, with the opportunity to work from home on Thursdays & Fridays and you will join a vibrant and fun office!

Responsibilities as a Paid Media Manager

  • Building campaigns from scratch on all in-house marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.) to align with the corresponding media plans
  • Leading on Innovative new products and solutions for our clients and creation of new processes for the team and wider company
  • Potential to own and champion a channel to share back to the agency
  • Opportunity to take part in new business pitches and upselling to current clients
  • Monitoring, optimising and analysing campaigns as well as giving actionable recommendations for improvements both mid-flight and after the campaigns have ended
  • Configuring Google Analytics 4 accounts according to best practice, including goal/event tracking
  • Leading client calls/meetings to give feedback, discuss strategy and deliver recommendations
  • Feeding back with optimisations and new ways of working within the Paid Media team

Experience / Skills

  • Expert in managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for paid search
  • Proficient in executing paid social campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at client and colleague presentations
  • Numerically fluent, optimising campaigns to achieve KPIs
  • Enjoys data analysis, generating ideas, and going the extra mile
  • Eager to learn and progress in the field
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Meta Blueprint certification (desirable)
  • Knowledge and experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 or Google Search Ads 360 (desirable)

Job Title: Paid Media Manager

Location: Brighton (Hybrid), Monday - Wednesday in office, Thursday & Friday can WFH

Salary: �27,000 - �34,000 per annum
