Job DescriptionPaid Media Junior Account ManagerReports to: Paid Media Account DirectorJob Type: Full-time, permSalary: £35k+ (DOE)Location: Hertfordshire, with hybrid workingSummary:Honchō are looking for a Paid Media Junior Account Manager to join our paid team.You’ll get the chance to work with international brands in the retail, automotive and direct to consumer sectors, you’ll work on creative campaigns designed to gain the best possible results for our client’s.Specific Skills:Manage large scale PPC and shopping campaigns across Google and Bing - and manage all paid search advertising campaigns.Manage large scale PPC budgets for a range of clients.Support the team to define PPC strategy for a range of clients, including mobile and tablet campaigns.Working with the project manager to ensure team activity is planned in advance while maintaining healthy profit margins across all clients.Assist Paid Media Manager in achieving department’s commercial objectives and goals.Help the business in maintaining a healthy relationship with all clients and technology suppliers.Actively identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell other services provided by Honcho.Personal development of more junior members of the team, including 121s and the creation of Personal Development plans.Mentoring your team to ensure that they develop a wealth of experience within Search industry.Work within a team, both in person and remotely, to achieve results.Encourage innovation and automation to increase team’s capacity.Operational skills required:Market leading knowledge of running paid campaigns - including hands on ability to conduct high return on investment campaigns for our clients.Effective presentation, written and verbal communication skills – both internally and externallyAbility to manage upwards appropriately ensuring you have all the information you require to complete task, request help and training where necessary and proactively manage deadlines and any workload issues with your managerTimely and accurate delivery of work to the agency and clientsBe confident and take the attitude that it’s never too soon to make a constructive contribution to the discussion, volunteer new ideas and make suggestions for improved ways of working.Personality traits suited to this role:Articulate with good communication skillsStrategic thinkerDiplomatic and team orientatedApproachable and organisedSkills needed:2 to 3 years’ experience within a similar roleSolid understanding of PPC channelFully GAP qualified & accredited in all department tools & platforms.Experience in using management software – Marin, Kenshoo, Double Click etc.Ability to communicate confidently and succinctly to clients at the most senior levelStrong interpersonal skillsBenefits30 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)Birthday day offEarly finish on a FridayFree yearly eye test2 days paid charity volunteeringFree Honchō MerchandiseCritical Life CoverIdyllic offices (with onsite swimming pool & tennis courts)Company SocialsPaid Sick Pay (grows with service)Free therapy/counseling sessionsChristmas Eve & New years eve offBright Exchange (gives all employees access to discounts and deals from other companies that use the platform)Cycle to Work SchemeHybrid WorkingAbout HonchōFor more information on our agency please visit www.honchosearch.com and send your CV to #####.
