The Paid Media Executive, position requires collaboration with an integrated agency team to execute audience-led paid media campaigns and strategies across social platforms. The ideal candidate must be able to ensure paid social campaigns are executed and managed to high degree of client satisfaction, while supporting growth of paid media capabilities.Responsibilities:Implement, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across self-serve platforms like Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok,etc.Proven ability to understand client goals and how they translate into paid media campaignsMaintaining and optimising client campaigns to maximise those measures of success through data driven decisions.Brainstorming/researching targeting for specific campaignsServe as daily internal account team and vendor contact when appropriate, address account team, vendor,and client issues thoughtfully and effectivelyTrack operational performance of multiple accounts, ensuring quality work, deadline, and budget adherenceProcess oriented, with the ability to manage multiple small or medium-size projects simultaneouslyAnalysing and reporting data on a daily / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly & ad-hoc basisKeeping abreast of industry news and developing POVs to communicate relevant updates to internal teams Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsBasic Qualifications:1+years of relevant experience in planning and buying paid social and digital mediaProven track record analysing paid media campaign performance and developing and implementing optimisation recommendationsStrong interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communications skillsAbility to adapt to new conditions, deadlines and assignmentsPreferred Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or universityStrong communication skills, analytical abilities, perform well under pressure, and be a team playerBe a self-starter, energized by problem-solving, excel in a collaborative environment, and proactively offer suggestions to build, shape, and improve processesUnderstanding of programmatic, paid search, and SEO fundamentals is a plusExperience with Google business tools like Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Search Console is a plusThis recruitment process is being managed by the UK Talent Acquisitions Team, and we ask that you submit your CV in English for consideration. #LI-RT9Edelman Data & Intelligence (DXI) is a global, multidisciplinary research, analytics and data consultancy with a distinctly human mission.We use data and intelligence to help businesses and organizations build trusting relationships with people: making communications more authentic, engagement more exciting and connections more meaningful.DXI brings together and integrates the necessary people-based PR, communications, social, research and exogenous data, as well as the technology infrastructure to create, collect, store and manage first-party data and identity resolution.
