Our 50+ people team consists of individuals in 7+ countries with experiences from Google, YC, Uber, Deliveroo, Depop, Cambridge, Oxford, UC Berkeley, etc.About the RoleFleek is searching for a Paid Marketing Specialist to help grow the demand side of the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience executing campaigns across various channels, a background in pulling together analytics from various sources and an aptitude for setting up new channels from scratch. This position offers a unique opportunity to get in at the ground level to shape our marketing efforts and grow the impact of paid marketing from day 1. The Paid Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Director of Growth.Key responsibilities for this role include: Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across multiple channels (Meta, Google, etc.) to drive user acquisition, conversion, and sales. Analyse spend performance to optimise strategies and improve ROI, particularly the ability to process and analyse messy data across disparate sources. Dive into the nitty-gritty of campaign execution, including ad creation, targeting, bidding, and optimization. Help develop attribution model to understand the impact of paid performance to inform budget and channel mix decisions. Lead the setup and management of new marketing channels, leveraging startup experience to drive rapid experimentation and iteration. Personally manage channel execution with the potential to build and manage a team of marketing specialists or contractors to scale our paid marketing efforts. As a key member of an early stage startup in hyper growth you must be willing and able to wear multiple hats. The key requirements for this role are: 4-5 years of experience in paid marketing, with experience managing paid performance for a startup Hands-on experience across various paid marketing channels such as Meta and Google Ads. Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL, with an emphasis on the ability to process and analyse messy data. Experience working in a startup environment, particularly in setting up and scaling new marketing channels.
