Are you looking for a wonderful opportunity to work with our client within a beautiful, national park location. We can offer a relocation allowance and accommodation to successful applicants (subject to criteria).
Location:currently Skipton but moving to Giggleswick, North Yorkshire in the Spring time (must be able to work at both locations during the move)
Salary:£45-50 per hour
Contract:Permanent Days - Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (and possibly up to 12 hours per shift in the future)

About The Role
We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Team Leader to lead the care journey of a young child with a urological disorder. In this role, you'll be instrumental in assembling a dedicated team to provide tailored support to assist the young girl in achieving her goals and aspirations within the serene landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales.
This post will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead management of a skilled care team.
Provide hands-on care and oversight, ensuring the highest standards of support.
Foster a nurturing environment conducive to the child's growth and well-being.
Expert guidance and support to team members
About You
Essential:
Proven experience in nursing leadership roles, ideally in complex care settings.
Expertise in urological disorders and their management.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate a team
Dedication to providing person-cantered care.
Ability to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments.
Full driving license, enabling travel within the Yorkshire Dales.
Non-smoker.
Desirable:
Familiarity with paediatric care and support.
Registered on the DBS update service.
