Packaging Project Manager

Job Description
Lucy is currently working on an exciting Packaging Project Manager position for a dynamic London-based agency, seeking a highly organized and client-facing candidate to manage packaging-focused accounts.
In this hands-on position, you'll be responsible for:

Project Setup and Management:
Effectively managing project workflows, ensuring clear briefs, accurate estimations, and adherence to client deadlines.
·
Critical Path Development:
Creating and managing critical paths aligned with client launch schedules, anticipating and proactively addressing potential challenges.
·
Regular Status Updates:
Lead weekly status calls with key clients, providing comprehensive updates, discussing progress, and resolving any issues.
·
Client Communication:
Maintaining strong and proactive communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
·
Artwork and Repro Management:
Navigating artwork and repro processes, ensuring seamless integration with our internal studio team.
·
Workload Prioritization:
Effectively prioritize workloads, distributing projects accurately using our time management tool, Timefox.
·
Positive Influence:
Maintain a positive and calming demeanour, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualities:

Orderliness and Attention to Detail:
Enjoy maintaining order and organization, ensuring project documentation and processes are meticulously maintained.

Excellent Excel Skills:
Proficient in Excel, capable of creating and managing detailed spreadsheets to track project progress and monitor costs.

Client-Focused Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively communicating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
·
Zoom Proficiency:
Comfortable and confident conducting virtual meetings, including project status calls and client presentations.
· Problem-solving and Adaptability:
Ability to identify and resolve challenges promptly, adapting to changing requirements and maintaining project momentum.
· Teamwork and Collaboration:
A collaborative spirit, actively contributing to team discussions, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues.

Experience : within an agency, with 2 years’+ experience working on a packaging account
