Packaging Artworker

Job DescriptionLucy is currently working on an exciting Artworker Role, which could suit either a Mid-Weight or Senior Candidate! The position is for a top London-based, packaging agency, which is proud to be working with some of the most entrenched global brands. This role is hybrid working and requires 3 days a week in the office.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality artwork independently, taking ownership of projects from production to completion.Collaborate closely with design and client service teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.Demonstrate a strong understanding of print mandatories and the print process.Work on asset realisation, including vectorising illustrations and typography.Develop skills in retouching, vectorising, and colour work.Provide file setups and expertise to the design team, contributing to project success from the outset.Liaise with and help expand our network of print and mock-up suppliers.Represent the company at press passes and in PPM calls, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the quality of all work produced.Offer advice on framings and suggest improvements to departmental efficiency.Experience/Skills:Previous packaging agency or department experience is essential.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is also essential.Experience with Cinema 4D is advantageous but not required.Demonstrable experience in delivering high-quality artwork for packaging projects.Strong visualisation skills using Photoshop are highly desirable.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, showcasing personal involvement and contributions to project development.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively convey ideas to colleagues and clients.If you're ready to take your artworking skills to the next level and play a pivotal role in shaping brands' visual identities, we want to hear from you!
