Role Overview
Trespass have identified the need to appoint a Personal Assistant to work within our PA team.
As one of the PA’s, you will work as a valued member of the team supporting several of our Directors in assisting with office duties as and where required.

Do you have the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently?
Do you have excellent attention to detail?
Can you demonstrate discretion and tact?
Do you have working knowledge of standard Word processing, spreadsheet and other productivity software tools?
What does a typical day sound like?
You will be responsible for managing Directors calendars, identifying diary clashes and scheduling requirements.
You will liaise with external businesses to arrange meetings and distribute agenda/papers where necessary.
You will be responsible for taking minutes in meetings.
You will be expected to maintain a close awareness of confidentiality policies and sensitivities when handling business.
You will also be responsible for taking and making telephone calls on behalf of the Directors.
Active file management both physical and electronic.
You will assist in booking and managing travel arrangements for the Directors and staff members as required.
Requirements
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan workload
Confident in communicating with internal and external parties
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
