We've already started to make a real difference, but we can't do it alone.Job DescriptionWe’re recruiting for a PA to Development Directors to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. You will provide support to Development Directors and administrative support to their wider teams. Liaise and coordinate with internal and external resources, work collaboratively with the other PAs and Administrators in the Business Support Team to ensure a consistent and excellent level of service is always provided.What you'll be doing:Proactive Inbox management: monitoring, reading, forwarding, responding on their behalf as appropriateDiary Management: first point of contact for all meetings, anticipate director’s needs, proactively resolving diary clashes and proposing ideas to resolveTravel and hotel bookings internationally, allow adequate time to travel to/from meetings ensuring comprehensive itineraries are createdPlanning and preparingfor meetings collating papers, reports, committee packs, and agendas. Ensuringmeeting rooms are booked, attendees are aware of their own action points from previous meetings so that any outstanding actions can be quickly addressedTakingaccurate minutes to a high standard and circulate in a timely mannerMaintaining our internal CRM system to a high standard, managing electronic filing and archiving, keeping accurate and confidential recordsAssisting with planning and organisation of business events e.g., off-site meetings, workshops, training courses and company away daysQualificationsWho we're looking for:Proven track record working as an PA supporting senior level executives with complex, ever-changing priorities and deadlinesHigh levels of proactivity required along with good decision-making skillsStrong collaboration skillsFlexible in approach to projects/workload and ability to adapt to new and changing situationsAbility to work closely with and interact in a team environmentHappy to work with minimum supervision and use own judgement in order to make good commercial decisionsTo be First Aider and Fire Marshal trained or be willing to become both via training which will be provided by LGAHWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
