An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Trust for a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The role provides support to the CEO and requires someone who is calm, organised and proactive. The successful candidate will have good people skills and the ability to solve problems. T

an opportunity to be part of the Trust and act as a central point of contact for key
i
nternal and external
stakeholders including the Executive Management Team, Academy Headteachers, Strategic Group Leads and Trustees. The key aspects of the role are to:Provide full, confidential, and professional support and secretarial services to the CEO, including note-taking, diary management, administrative duties, telephone calls, arranging meetings, and drafting correspondence;Organise Executive Management Team and Academy Headteachers’ meetings, including the taking of and distribution of minutes; andProvide high-order administrative support to the Executive Education Team within the Trust.The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365 applications and the ability to work quickly and accurately.A full induction programme and ongoing training are provided.For an informal discussion regarding the role, please contact Hannah Eves, Head of Human Resources, on 01522 871370.
