Our client are an Advertising Technology company with offices in the City of London, New York and Spain.
This rare opportunity has arisen to join the company as a Personal Assistant/ HR coordinator. They are looking for someone to support their CEO whilst also providing administration support to the HR function of the company. The role offers hybrid working from their stunning City office and also from home.
They are looking for someone to make this role their own over the next few years, with potential in the future for career growth.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Extensive and complex travel arrangements for the CEO and other team members Complex diary management and meeting arrangements Amending documentation both Working closely with the Office Manager and Finance manager Personal support as required to the CEO HR administration, onboarding and offboarding Payroll support Being the go to person with HR queries Keep track of holidays, sick days, Benefits administration
