This is a varied role supporting the growing needs of the Investment Team in their London office. Hours 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, no hybrid working.Responsibilities:* This role requires full EA responsibilities for the Investment Team.* Extensive diary management through multiple time-zones.* Ensure efficient running of daily schedules to an efficient and high standard* Managing complex travel arrangements and logistics preparation, and any relatedchanging travel requirements.* Provide proactive support for the Team to ensure business objectives are achieved* Organise meetings and conference calls, navigating schedule conflicts andefficiently any last-minute scheduling changes.* Organise regular lunches and dinners, also attend corporate events as required.* Monthly expenses reconciliation and filing of expenses for the Investment Team* Professional handling of external enquiries, directing messages as appropriate* Occasional general office support within the team as needed.* Supporting ad-hoc projects and general business projects as and when required* Supporting on any related recruitment projects.* 2-4 years' experience essential in a similar assistant role ideally within theFinancial Services, Banking or Private Equity sectors* Relevant qualifications/experience in a similar role or administrativequalifications and experience.* Degree preferred.* Proactive and positive can-do attitude, happy to work within a team setting* Exceptional attention to detail, planning, and organisational skills with strongfollow through* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (written, spoken, numerate)* A 'hands-on' team player approach with ability to stay calm under pressure.* Keen to develop an understanding of the business to ensure proactive support.* Genuine passion and enthusiasm around service to contribute to the running of aprofessional and welcoming office.Benefits:* Private Medical & Dental* Exceptional Pension Scheme* Life Assurance* 25 days annual leave + additional UK bank holidays* Generous bonus scheme* Family policies* Full in-house restaurant"Many thanks for your response due to overwhelming add response we can only respond to suitable candidates and wish you every success in your search for a new role"
