I am looking for candidates with at least 2 years PA experience to join a fabulous architecture firm in exceptionally trendy offices in Imperial Warf. Due to the creative nature of the company, candidates must have experience working with either Indesign or Photoshop.
This is a busy, varied role with plenty of scope for growth, where you will be working closely with a Senior Director undertaking traditional PA duties.
The role includes:
Diary management
Inbox management
Research tasks
First point of contact for clients
Meeting logistics
Expenses
You will be:
Min 2 years Personal Assistant experience
Photoshop or Indesign experience essential
Confident, sparky personality
Muck in, can do attitude
Happy to be 5 days office based
