We are recruiting for a PA/Events Coordinator to join an established business based in the Dudley area working for a leading business. The PA will have strong organisational and administration skills whilst overseeing elements of event planning  securing venues and liaising with customers. This will be a varied role organising and coordinating events. Hours of work will be 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday.



As the PA /Events Coordinator you will be responsible for :



* Managing marketing events



* Updating and reissuing in line with any changes



* Coordinating between National sales managers, Area Sales Managers and marketing managers



* Preparing of budgets



* Booking event locations



* Managing and replying to emails



* Administration and filing documentation



* Coordinating and ordering of materials



* Coordinating invites, registrations and general communications



Requirements:



* Previous experience in a PA or Events planning position



* Strong Administration skills



* Excellent organisational and coordination skills



* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



* Excellent time management



* Able to develop/deliver projects
