We are recruiting for a PA/Events Coordinator to join an established business based in the Dudley area working for a leading business. The PA will have strong organisational and administration skills whilst overseeing elements of event planning securing venues and liaising with customers. This will be a varied role organising and coordinating events. Hours of work will be 9.00 - 5.00 Monday to Friday.As the PA /Events Coordinator you will be responsible for :* Managing marketing events* Updating and reissuing in line with any changes* Coordinating between National sales managers, Area Sales Managers and marketing managers* Preparing of budgets* Booking event locations* Managing and replying to emails* Administration and filing documentation* Coordinating and ordering of materials* Coordinating invites, registrations and general communicationsRequirements:* Previous experience in a PA or Events planning position* Strong Administration skills* Excellent organisational and coordination skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Excellent time management* Able to develop/deliver projectsIf you would be interested in the PA/Events Coordinator position please apply now with your up to date CV to be considered
