Given the importance of the Nationwide Society's focus on Simply Brilliant Service, The colleague engagement specialist will be part of a critical team that creates compelling content: resonating, captivating and inspiring our audience across our Retail Function.
The role will sit in the newly created Retail Business Services, bringing teams together to provide critical services across all of Retail function.
As a P&O Consultant, you will help design our People Plan that spans a number of skills and capabilities i.e. Inclusion and Diversity, Performance Enablement, Learning and Development etc. A common framework covering all elements of the People agenda across Retail.

Developing and maintaining the Retail Colleague Engagement Plan, ensuring effective day-to-day management and oversight of delivery.
You'll support the team to deliver key priorities across the People plan to time and quality, whilst managing workstream plans.
Support the execution of cross retail colleague engagement activities such as leadership events, blogs and webcasts, working at pace and passion to be creative and deliver a range of varied communications to keep our colleagues engaged
Lead cultural development, ensuring Retail function embeds the Blueprint and Customer First Behaviours with focus on improving employee experience.
Analyse engagement metrics to optimise design and delivery of prioritises.
Collaborate with different areas such as People Function, embedded comms and learning teams to develop engaging solutions
Contribute innovative ideas and initiatives to elevate colleague and customer satisfaction. About you
As a minimum you must have:
Ability to prioritise and deliver multiple pieces of work is essential.
Have experience within either a communication, planning events or events management role.
A people professional; you are a confident communicator, and can hold credible discussions regarding people propositions to stakeholders.
Experience in reporting and content creation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience of creating data engagement metrics to optimise design and delivery of priorities.
