Overheating AssessorRef:BM174This is the exciting opportunity for a self-driven Overheating Assessor to join an award-winning sustainability consultancy, with the luxury of remote working. You will join them in providing excellent sustainability and energy solutions for the construction industry, as well as producing high quality and accurate calculations.The ideal candidate will have:Good educational background and ideally have a degree within an energy or sustainability fieldExperience with IES software for TM59 and TM52 overheating analysisGood knowledge of building physics and UK building regulationsExcellent communication and strong attention to detailThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Produce TM52, TM59 and Part O assessmentsUse software's such as IES to carry out overheating and thermal comfort analysisUse IES to undertake thermal modelling and ensure building designs are in compliance with Part LCarry out energy assessments, sustainability statements and provide building modelling improvements to clientsBenefits of the role include:Generous holiday allowance with Statutory daysCompetitive salary starting at £30,000 but can vary depending on experienceContributory PensionRemote working and flexible hoursHealth insuranceBonus schemeIf This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
