Outdoor and Adventure Education Manager

To lead, manage and develop the Outdoor Adventure & Education programme at Woldingham. This involves planning and delivering engaging outdoor learning experiences in school grounds including high ropes, zip wires, archery, bush craft, team building and our outdoor classroom, as well as inspiring and training teachers to deliver more regular outdoor learning themselves. A programme of events will be devised for groups to access.
You will be a skilled facilitator, able to adapt your style to work to meet the needs of the group and their learning outcomes, which includes children and adults. You will have knowledge in how outdoor learning can benefit children and young people and how it supports the different elements of the National Curriculum.
