OUTBOUND TELESALES ADVISOR
BASED ACCRINGTON - �22K to �23K Basic Salary
I have a brilliant�opportunity to join a North West based expanding and developing company who specialise in providing�domestic energy efficiency solutions. This includes the installation�all types of energy efficient systems ranging from insulation, boilers, ground source heat pumps, underfloor heating, solar pv and storage heaters.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
- To make outbound sales calls via our automated dialling system, working on pre-specified campaigns.
- To generate inbound and outbound sales effectively in line with targets set and to industry leading standards.
- Qualifying leads for survey based on predetermined criteria, including obtaining and collating all qualifying documentation.
- Maintain and manage good communication to your pipeline of sales.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Work towards and achieve agreed individual and team performance objectives, contributing to the overall company objectives.
- To manage sensitive data in line with our Data Protection Policy and maintain customer records to ensure our data integrity.
Requirements: -
- 1+ years of experience in outbound sales and�experience.�
- A driven mind set with strong sales skills and a love for hitting targets.
- Have strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage own time and workload.
- Great positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Computer literacy - MS Office, Google Docs.
- Ability to work under pressure.Good problem-solving skills�
- Experience using a CRM.
- Track record of achieving goals.
