Mpeople Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executive on behalf of our client who are a reputable manufacturer based in Hyde.
* Location: Hyde (SK14)
* Hours of work: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
* Salary: Between £25,000 - £27,000 based on experience
* Benefits: Monthly bonus based on team performance & targetsThe Telesales Executive will establish excellent relationships with both new and existing customers and use their telephone sales techniques in order to generate business sales.You would be joining a team of 5 others made up of a mixture of sales and customer service, where all team members work together towards sales targets.Duties will include but not be limited to:
* Making outbound calls to generate sales from lapsed and new potential customers.
* Promoting, selling and obtaining orders from prospective customers over the phone.
* Discussing products and services, assisting customers in selecting those that are best suited for them.
* Presenting and following up quotations
* Documenting customer information and utilizing information already collated.
* Develop long term collaborative relationships with customers.
* Provide potential and existing customers with the highest level of customer service.
* Oversee sales process from start to finish, ensuring service quality and general transactional satisfaction.
* If needed face to face meetings on and offsite.
* Prepare and present achievements and KPI.The required traits, skills, and background:
* Previous sales in Packaging Industry would be beneficial.
* Previous sales experience within a product led industry (as apposed to selling a service) would be advantageous.
* Outstanding B2B telephone skills with at least 2-3 years' experience.
* Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Planning and organising skills.
* Ability to prioritise own workload.
