Outbound/Inbound Sales Advisor

We are currently recruiting a Telesales advisor on behalf of our prestigious client based in Aylesbury. You will be expected to generate sales through converting warm incoming leads by telephone. You will be quoting by phone and email and providing costings to potential customers. You will have the tools and pricing guidelines available to support you on each enquiry and the ability to negotiate within company parameters.
Additionally, you will be expected to build on-going relationships with your new customers such that they become long term customers. You will be accepting incoming calls, setting up credit accounts, and managing the client relationship for the first three months.
