Purpose of the Job
You will be responsible for creating a safe, healthy, stimulating and happy environment in which children can enjoy a good breakfast and be prepared for their working day at school.
This will include taking responsibility for:
The effective and smooth operation of the Breakfast Club, with the needs and interests of the child as the first priority.
Managing staff and maintaining a healthy, creative and effective team culture.
The oversight of the organisational requirements of the Breakfast Club, ensuring that the Breakfast Club is served by accurate and up-to-date record keeping.
Maintaining close communication with Valley CiDS Office.
Ensuring the Breakfast Club is run in accordance with Valley CiDS policies, procedures and ethos.
Diligently ensuring that children and staff enjoy a safe environment in which all risks are eradicated or minimised and managed at a satisfactory level.
