Part time Orthodontist required for 1-2 days per week, for various practices for mixed, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Ipswich

45% split

Private & Mixed Orthodontics

Preferably Fixed and Clear Aligners
•
Surgery space Mon - Sun - with days to be increased as list grows
•
Fully computerised surgeries with state off the art equipment
•
Qualified nurses
•
PM and Are manager on-site (All PM's are clinically trained)
•
Full support team
•
On-site Parking
•
Accommodation offered for anyone interested to travel to Ipswich
•
Available Immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
