Job Description A Organisational Development Manager to:- Develop and implement a resource plan for the wider organisation- Designing and executing talent and organisational development strategies- Develop the learning & development offering: identify skills gaps and design / implement learning initiatives - Review and improve the performance management process- Create a supportive and high performance culture- Design initiatives to promote engagement and retention- Look at the workforce and suggest improvements around talent attraction & retention- Lead the review of career development and succession planning- Design the talent development framework- Improve career development processes, including the implementation of an early careers program- Design and deliver training workshops to upskill managers and the wider business - Lead the design and implementation of L&D strategies and initiatives
The Successful Applicant An Organisational Development Manager with:- Previous experience of designing and implementing OD initiatives- Previous experience in a not-for-profit or environmentally focused organisation desirable - Experience working in a fast past and complex organisation
