The Role:
We are currently looking for an Organisational Development Facilitator to join our resourceful and innovative People & Culture Team on a permanent contract.
The successful candidate will be adaptable and innovative with the able to communicate effectively with a range of partners.
The Organisational Development (OD) Facilitator will assist the OD Manager in the delivery of the learning and development plan which forms part of our people and culture strategy for employee engagement, leadership development and team effectiveness. This work will relate to the ongoing and long-term continuous improvement of employees' personal development and organisational learning.
