We are looking for a driven and result oriented individual with a skill set across the following areas:
A
rchitecting solutions across end-to-end business processes using modern business processes and the capabilities of Oracle Cloud
Articulating
the value of such solutions to our customers as part of sales and presales engagement
Understanding the prospect and opportunity requirement and drive end to end proposal process in terms of business solution , estimation , project plan , pricing, methodology and differentiators by coordinating with multiple SMEs in the organization to generate a unified and winning preposition
Lead customer / prospect interactions of the requirement and as per need of the time lead proposal presentations to the customer
The successful candidate will be expected to showcase InspireXT’s differentiated value proposition to the customer and drive closure of sales process. Listed below are key activities that will form part of this role:
Developing a deep understanding of InspireXT ‘Connected’ solutions and Managed Services propositions that are underpinned by Cloud Technologies and other adjacent technologies, and articulating to prospective clients
Engaging with and understanding our customers' business challenges and architecting the solution and pragmatic deployment strategies
Articulating the value of InspireXT’s winning proposition Requirements
Successful candidate will meet all or majority of the following requirements:
Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills
10+ years of leading the design and development of Oracle enabled supply chain solutions, with dedicated part in pre sales role.
Strong business process expertise coupled with architectural skills
Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain and ERP Cloud, with particular focus on some of the following
a.
Oracle
Order Management and Orchestration
b.
Oracle
Inventory and Cost Management
c.
Oracle
Manufacturing and Maintenance Management
d. Oracle
Supply Chain Planning
Good understanding of functional areas adjacent to supply chain e.g., finance and customer experience
Strong skills in MS office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
High

Attention
to detail and analytical in approach
