Job DescriptionJob Description:Oracle Service Delivery Experience Mandatory Seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Service Delivery Management to lead and oversee the successful delivery of our Managed Services portfolio to our clients. We are looking for an experienced leader, responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals, optimizing service delivery processes and driving profitability through service excellence and client satisfaction.The role is based in the UK with responsibility for the UKI & Europe region – need Oracle delivery expertResponsibilities:Oversee the entire Managed Services lifecycle, from service transition to ongoing support and continuous service improvement in Oracle projectsSetting the vision for regional delivery, devising an effective operating model, assuring team cohesion / performance and developing capability / skills as requiredProviding Thought Leadership to explore opportunities that will mature our service portfolio, provide added value to our customers and establish long-term partnershipsDevelop and implement service delivery strategies and standards that align with industry best practices (ITIL, ISO etc.)Integrating delivery teams & capabilities into a single common operating model driving consistency, quality and efficiency in all delivery operationsManaging delivery capabilities in line with an agreed budget, headcount and associated service delivery obligations and objectivesEnsuring contractual obligations are met with changes made as required via appropriate governance controlsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, actively managing expectations and proactively communicating potential issuesManage risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standardsMonitor and analyse service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actionsSupport new business opportunities and account growth within existing customers for Managed ServicesFoster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharingRecruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of professionalsRequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in leading and managing IT services delivery teamsProven track record of success in a Managed Services environment with both onshore & offshore deliveryStrong understanding of ITIL and other relevant service delivery methodologiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersProven ability to lead and motivate teamsFinancial acumen and budget management experienceExperience in supporting new business & account growthExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentStrong influential personality with effective negotiating skillsAbility to shape, adapt and improve processes
