Pension.OrganisationHays’ National Oracle Recruitment Practice is exclusively partnering with a Big 4 who are expanding their Oracle HCM Practice.This organisation has an extremely powerful brand name and will provide you with opportunities to work on both national and international Oracle Cloud HCM projects.RoleAs a Senior Manager within the practice, you will be responsible for being the Solution Architect on end-to-end Oracle HCM transformations.These transformations focus on both business and technology change. You will be advising, guiding, and leading clients on their journey. You will communicate with clients exactly what is/isn’t achievable with the product, business processes they will need to adopt, advantages & limitations.Once this process has been completed, you will design & scope the programme and guide it through to completion.YouTo be successful, you will need to match several key criteria.Essential:Worked at another Consultancy as a senior member of Oracle HCM Practice.Completed at least 1 end-to-end UK Oracle Cloud HCM project.Completed multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM projects.Already based in the UK.Desirable:Able to work in the UK without sponsorship.Interview Process2 stages:1st stage – Virtual with a Director of the Practice.2nd stage – In person with a Director or Partner of the Practice.Please apply for consideration. #4547696 - Curtis Priday
