Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Our client, a leading global consultancy, are currently looking for 2 Oracle Functional Consultants to join for an initial 3-month contract. One role is focused on Core HR and Recruitment, while the other is focused on Talent Management.
ROLE: ORACLE FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT
LOCATION: LONDON (hybrid)
IR35 STATUS: INSIDE
LENGTH: 3 MONTHS
Required knowledge:
Well documented knowledge of OracleHCM Recruitment or HCM Talent Management (
Career Development & Succession Planning, Talent Review )
Implementation/ Hands-on Experience of Oracle Recruitment cloud and Core HR
Good understanding on business process in Talent Management, or Talent acquisition and onboarding
Strong knowledge of fast formulas.
Deep knowledge of advanced reports, notifications, and alerts.
Good communication
Experience in Oracle digital assistant
