May 14th, 2024 Oracle EBS Functional Specialist R2RWe are recruiting for an Oracle EBS Functional Specialist R2R experienced in working as part of a multi-skilled team responsible for supporting, developing and delivering projects for the Oracle EBS system. This will be on an initial 6 month contract, hybrid working with travel to London and Outside IR35.Job DescriptionThe Oracle EBS Functional Specialist R2R will be working as part of a multi-skilled global team responsible for supporting, developing, and delivering projects for the Oracle EBS system.The Key responsibilities of the role:Working closely with similar Oracle EBS experts to deliver projects.Business partnering with stakeholders especially the record to report area.Provide, review, and implement solutions specifically to the record to report area.Understand the Accounting technical requirement and translate that into a functional or technical solution to meet the requirements.Be the Subject Matter Expert for Projects impacting Oracle EBS R2R processes.Working with the outsourced service provider to enhance the processes. The outsourced company manage all EBS incidents and BAU requests.Provide escalation support for Oracle EBS record to report activities.Manage small projects/ enhancements.Guide Business users on development and "best practice" options.Skills & AbilitiesStrong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Finance modules including modules General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS)Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skillsFinance experience with a demonstrable technical focus.Detail & service-oriented self-starter able to effectively prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.Willing to work to policies and procedures.Ability to adapt, learn and evolve in a dynamic team environment.Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within strict timetables.Qualifications5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.Experience working in a Finance or IT Finance Support / Implementation role.A formal Oracle qualification would be desirable.Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.With insight across the whole of Lorien, we’ll keep you ahead of the curve on the talent market.
