It’s about guiding clients through their appointments, building an understanding of their lifestyles, and recommending the right products and solutions. You’ll carry out all consultations, from eye examinations to contact lens reviews, to the highest standards. You’ll also need excellent communication and listening skills, and an ability to build strong relationships with every client.
