Specsavers in Weymouth are looking for an ambitious and talented Optometrist to join their diverse team. The focus at this store, is about pulling together and working as a team to ensure that their valued patients have an excellent experience. He has been the Director for 10 years and has an established team of 30, with some staff having 24 years of service at Weymouth Specsavers. Mark strongly believes in investing in training and developing his staff, with staff members constantly growing and developing their skills and roles within the store, from Apprentice to Assistant Manager and his Saturday support, now training to be Dispensing Optician.
