Optometrist – Bognor Regis

My client is a director of a very successful multiple practice in the Bognor Regis area with their main focus is and always been the quality of the customer journey and with this in mind they now require a newly qualified optometrist who can grow with the practice
They have a close knit feel and care all working towards keeping up the success of the practice.
Optometrist Position
This is a full time opportunity with a market leading opticians in a prime location in the Bognor Regis area.
Responsibilities of the Optometrist
The role will be delivering eye tests to a high standard with some contact lens work undertaken. You will be expected to make recommendations to patients and complete professional and accurate handovers to the support team.
Requirements of the Optometrist
You will be GOC registered and full CET accredited and happy to test to 20 minutes and have sound clinical skills and strong commercial awareness.
They are open to any levels of experience as it is more about your commercial awareness and clinical skills. You will have a friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic. A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
Compensation for the Optometrist
My client is offering a competitive salary of up to £70,000 package
A monthly bonus between £300 – £500
all fees paid for
working with a director who is also an optometrist and wants you to progress
team days out including drinks and meals and Christmas parties as-well
