is seeking a Client Account Manager
in Glasgow to handle a variety of accounts, provide customer and business-focused solutions, and promote high customer service standards. The role will be critical in achieving the operational, financial, and business objectives of the Company.Main responsibilities:Manage client relationships, support venues, and resolve queries.Monitor and control ticket inventory to maximize retail potential.Plan and manage event day box offices and ensure accurate event-related information.Collaborate with departments within the Company.Comply with Company policies and ensure a clean, safe working environment.Represent the Company at functions, events, and PR visits.Other relevant duties as directed by your immediate Line Manager or a Director of the Company.Must have:Proven experience in the Ticketing Industry.IT literate – Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Excellent communication and customer care skills.Good organizational skills with attention to detail.A proactive nature, flexible approach to work, and ability to use self-initiative.
