The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Operative who has some DIY skills and is good with their hands? Do you enjoy putting IKEA furniture together? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! This is a hands on practical role that will involve the assembly of equipment.

The company

Our client is an innovative and leading provider of combined indoor and outdoor events services. They can create planned or emergency temporary and relocatable structures, working with multiple sectors to deliver best-in-class performance and service.

How You Will Deliver

Assemble structures and internal builds as laid out in the plans provided
Ensure company standards are upheld on builds to the highest level
Report any faulty equipment and issues to your manager
Help with ongoing repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment
Assist with keeping the yard and workshop clean and tidy
Understand and use Quip (online job information)

Your Skills and Experience

Forklift license if possible (not essential)
Experience of using power tools
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work well within a team
Organised and practical
Physically Fit
