Operations Trainer (Contract 6 months)

Our client, within the food manufacturing industry, are looking for a Operation Training Support Officer to join their team for 6 months. Candidates must have previous experience working within an operations environment and success carrying out training sessions.
Salary: £14 per hour Hours: 8am-4:30pm | Monday to Friday Location: Wolverhampton
Key Accountabilities Liaise with shift managers to arrange operation training. Conducting SOP training in a classroom and factory shop floor environment. Supporting the training effectiveness validation in the factory. SOP Update and Creation. Identify operations training gaps. Collaborative working with Training Team.
Minimum Criteria A track record of experience in operation environment. Training experience or couching background. English fluent (verbal and written) Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, and use of the internet. Food Safety Level 2. Health and Safety qualification.
