Location : York
Base Salary : £43,000
Full time : On call 1 in 5 week period when on call extra 440 a week
Overtime : Available 1.5 on Saturdays, double pay sundays (on top of base salary)
Car Allowance : £550 per month plus mileage OR car allowance (on top of base salary)
Are you driven to succeed? Do you have experience in a mechanical or electrical maintenance background? We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Technician to join our UK team on a permanent basis within York area.
In your role you will be responsible for the performance of field operation & maintenance duties for several assets/facilities & plants within your area. You will act as a technical and local point of contact with gas suppliers and/or customers. Whilst following and enforcing the Security procedures within the framework of regulatory requirements you ensure with the help and monitoring of competent people, the maintenance in good general condition of the installations.

Apply regulatory safety rules to all responsible sites
Training subcontractors and users to safety rules
Alerting and raising awareness when witnessing risky situations
