Description

The role of Operations Team Leader will involve:

• Leading and coordinating the logistics team in Wednesbury.
• Working Wednesday to Sunday 21:30-05:30.
• Overseeing logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implementing and maintaining logistics strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Managing and resolving any logistics-related issues.
• Communicating effectively with other departments.
• Providing training and support to team members.
• Reporting on team performance and suggesting improvements.
