This role sits within our award-winning brand, Caterplus , one of the UK's leading catering services specialising in the care sector. Making a difference to local people, we pride ourselves on crafting superb environments for the over 55 community.
This is an exciting new role within a new contract with sites located Nationwide.
Frequent travel to Liverpool, North Wales, South Wales, Leicester and Northumberland required

What you'll be doing...

As an Operations Support Manager you will proactively support the Operations Manager to manage teams in multiple sites as well as supporting with recruiting, inducting, training and supporting Site Managers to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.
Responsibilities:
Motivating and managing a team within multiple sites
Controlling and managing a budget creating a platform for financial growth
Ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence, retain business and innovative menu planning
Monitor and develop food safety and Health & Safety practices ensuring company policy is adhered to at all times

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday with occasional weekend

Proven experience of successfully managing multiple-sites and teams and working with external clients
Genuine interest in customer service excellence
A strong team player, inspiring and motivating to large teams
Previous experience managing multiple sites, contract catering desirable
