If you love people managing and want this to be your primary objective, then this is the role for you!
What we ask of you:
400 people across team but will be managing 15 supervisors/assistant supervisor across 250 sites
You will be out onsite everyday 75% onsite and 25% based at their head office in North London
No responsibility for client audits
75% of their time will be in the evenings & early mornings
95% of all clients are based in zones 1-4
Excellent potential career progression for the right individual our client is growing fast and the right person could very well end up on the senior management team
Whats the ideal candidate we are looking for:
Experience of working for a cleaning company in a similar position or in a similar role within a different industry
Must be able to prove that they can improve performance through support/training/developing and coaching
Great at solving problems
A people person, someone who has empathy and high emotional intelligence.
Salary £45-£50K
