Role Profile:

I am seeking an experienced Ops Support Manager to join a growing Global chemical manufacturing company committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in the chemicals industry. They specialise in chemicals and are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and solutions globally.

As an Operations Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various operational functions to support the company's day-to-day activities. Your role will involve streamlining processes, managing resources, and ensuring operational excellence across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing UK Service Operations Providing strategic leadership to the UK service team
• Managing the service technicians. While monitoring performance, training and performance
• International Service Strategy Development - working alongside the Implementation Manager to create a comprehensive international service strategy.
• Ensure service operations with global business objectives
• Work with legal and sales teams to create customer-friendly contract templates.
• Streamline order processing for import and export of products.
• Implement data / product tracking to create visibility and tracking throughout
• Implementing best practices
• Operational Support - Develop ops support mechanisms for service operations.
• Implement proactive measures for issues and improvements.
