So if you're eager to kick-start your career in the intersections of food and technology, this is your chance to become an integral part of a thriving team.The Operations Support Administrator will play a pivotal role in collating and optimising product data from within the Erudus Data Pool, aiming to ensure the smooth operation of our business-critical applications.This is a collaborative position in which the successful candidate will work alongside departments across the whole business, specifically aiming to drive performance improvements. Whilst experience in data administration will be welcomed, enthusiasm, motivation and a desire to learn and improve will be prioritised during the recruitment process.About ErudusErudus is becoming the industry’s go-to source for food data. Working with Manufacturers, Wholesalers, Caterers and Retailers, our platform provides all the accurate allergy, nutrition and technical product data those in the foodservice industry need, in one easy-to-access place.Our Data Pool helps our customers respond and comply to changes in legislation, and increasingly complex consumer needs, whilst our range of tools and solutions uses the latest technology to make life easier for businesses eager to become more efficient, as well as more innovative.Role OverviewData Collection and Manufacturer Matching: Gather and review large volumes of food and non-food product data from the Erudus Data Pool, and match these results to our Wholesale customers’ stock list to provide coverage analysis and stock insight.Communicate Findings: Work with the operations team to feed into industry reports by providing datasets, reports and data visualisations.Quality Assurance: Work with our internal food Technical team to identify and implement data quality initiatives, which in turn enhance data integrity for the entire user base.RequirementsEducationA Level or College equivalent educationExperienceExperience in database administration is strongly advantageous, however not essential.
