Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. From overseeing daily operations to managing a team of warehouse staff, your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders and efficient inventory management.
• Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and performance standards.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a secure work environment for all employees.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and optimize storage space.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping and receiving process.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a supervisor in logistics or travel.
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
