Operations Supervisor

Glasgows favourite fishmongers is looking for a dynamic Operations Supervisor to enable them to thrive beyond the supply of over 200 restaurants with fish and poultry daily.
This role is not for the faint-hearted, but for a robust Operations Supervisor with a flair for multitasking and a passion for nurturing business growth alongside the Operations Director. You will orchestrate the daily symphony of sales, customer interactions, order processing and logistical coordination.
