These roles sit within our people team with a focus on building, operating, and evolving how we find and recruit world class people, and having a direct influence on the companys results. This is not
a traditional TA, HR or People roles, these roles will have a focus on building for scale, optimising processes and driving impact from day one.
Day to day work will include: Operating TA processes ( scheduling etc) Day to day people tasks including office management Identifying and running Employer Brand initiatives Re-designing how we assess great candidates L&D Operations Supporting exec level leaders in how to market roles and find great candidates.
Wider People team projects as required Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer,
