Operations Specialist ( People/Talent Acquisition ) Graduate Role

Hybrid position: working 3 days a week from our London officeBlink is an employee app for frontline workers. a traditional TA, HR or People roles, these roles will have a focus on building for scale, optimising processes and driving impact from day one.
Day to day work will include: Operating TA processes ( scheduling etc) Day to day people tasks including office management Identifying and running Employer Brand initiatives Re-designing how we assess great candidates L&D Operations Supporting exec level leaders in how to market roles and find great candidates.
Wider People team projects as required Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer,
