In your role as project manager, you could engage in steering a variety of thrilling and diverse projects.We will be looking for energy, engagement, open-mindedness, creativity, and team spirit!YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Leading business-critical key projects, such as:Site relocationIntroduction of an Operational Metrics systemImplementation of new operational processes and technologiesAdministering own project portfolioSuccessfully help in the delivery and implementation of projects assignedBe a change agent – challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvementsIdentify and remove organizational barriers to continuous improvement processesInspire others to accept process changes and take ownershipCollaborate with various internal teams to work on projects. This aims at new initiatives and fresh ideas.
