We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our growing fulfilment warehouse specialising in the drinks industry. As the Fulfilment Manager, you will also be responsible for overseeing and managing our own drinks e-commerce channel. With a big focus on account management and relationship building, the fulfilment manager should expect the following from the role - Big focus on client account management Overseeing daily order fulfilment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation. Tracking inventory levels Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfilment to meet operational goals Preventing inventory shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards Optimising procurement of inventory by improving vendor relationships, performance, and lead times Managing a dynamic team of varying sizes Maintaining positive and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and couriers Reporting weekly on multiple fulfilment and performance KPIs Working closely with other departments in the business Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment Ensuring Marketing departments has e commerce mail-out and new products additions plan Managing subscription drinks clubs Desired Skills Proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills Prior experience and familiarity with warehouse operations Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.), inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems Detail-oriented Multitasking capabilities Business-level communication skills (oral and written) A strong customer-oriented focus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year Benefits: Company events Company pension Employee discount On-site parking Work from home Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Bonus scheme Education: Bachelor's (preferred) Experience: Account management: 1 year (preferred) 3PL: 1 year (preferred) Ability to Commute: Perth (required) Ability to Relocate: Perth: Relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
